Enstar EU, a subsidiary of Enstar Group, has acquired 17,458 sq ft on the second floor at Building 3, Guildford Business Park on a 10-year lease. Enstar was represented by Lambert Smith Hampton and Benson Elliot/Cube Real Estate was represented by JLL and Montagu Evans.
Matthew Swash, associate director in the JLL South East office agency team, said: “Enstar is the latest global leader to move to Guildford Business Park and complements the already strong mix of tenants on-site. The park also boasts Ericsson, Colgate Palmolive, DJO Global and Linden Homes as tenants.”
Benson Elliot purchased the park in late-2015 and working alongside asset managers, Cube Real Estate, refurbished the second-floor suite earlier this year. Building 3 is now fully occupied, following a letting to Philips Electronics last year.
