Grove: New buildings will double the size of 32-acre business park
New computer generated images and animated fly-through have been revealed for the new 220,000 sq ft development, set to double the floor area at the 32-acre Grove Business Park near Wantage.
The new buildings will range from starter workshop units to bespoke design & build for large businesses, which could generate over 2,000 jobs for Wantage and Grove.
During 2016, the new owners have been demolishing redundant buildings and investing in infrastructure in preparation for the development, alongside a multi-million-pound refurbishment of Boston House Business Centre providing easy-in, easy-out serviced offices.
“The delivery of this business park will be essential to provide new employment for the housing developments in this area,” commented David Williams, partner at Bidwells, agents for the park with Parker Parr.
Tim Parr of Parker Parr added: “The first buildings will be started this year ready for occupation early 2018, bringing a real sense of immediacy to the project.”
Parker Parr and Bidwells are joint agents for the scheme.
