Godalming: Expanding AI consultancy moves to larger premises

Moorcrofts commercial property team has advised Altius on a letting at Godalming Business Centre.

Altius provides data and artificial intelligence consulting for businesses with offices in London, Godalming, Maharashgra, India, and Amsterdam – and is a Microsoft UK country partner of the year finalist for 2019. 

Moorcrofts’ commercial property partner Julia Ferguson led the legal negotiations for Altius. She said: “The firm has worked with Altius for a number of years and we were very pleased to assist them with their move into new larger premises in Godalming having previously acted for the Company on the letting of their existing premises in Godalming and their head office in London.”
