The sale of the freehold of office building in Worcester has been successfully negotiated by Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and chartered surveyors GJS Dillon.

Acting on behalf of the vendor, GJS Dillon’s graduate surveyor Kyle Pugh sold the freehold of 96B Blackpole Trading Estate to a private investor.

The property, which measures 1,268 sq ft, consists of semi-detached office premises arranged over the ground and first floor. The asking price was £220,000.

The property has eight car parking spaces, and is within easy reach of Junction 6 of the M5.

Blackpole Trading Estate is a popular business park and is close to Worcester City centre.

Demand for freehold commercial property remains very high, according to Kyle.

"As highlighted in our Market Report earlier this year, freehold opportunities remain scarce and premium rates are being achieved in Worcester.

"More investment is needed at the business parks where there are opportunities to refurbish space and capitalise on demand," he said.
