GJS Dillon adds Royal Porcelain Works to property asset management portfolio
The Royal Porcelain Works in Worcester has become the latest addition to GJS Dillon’s fast-growing property asset management portfolio.
GJS Dillon’s Property Asset Management Team is set to provide a full service for the commercial elements of the Royal Porcelain Works known as site A and Site C.
Site A, which equates to circa 10,000 sq ft over two floors, is currently fully let with tenants including cafe Goodroots and digital marketing agency Ecrubox.
Site C, which equates to circa 14,000 sq ft across two linked buildings (also known as Severn House and Painting House), has recently come to the market with GJS Dillon’s agency team. The ground floor of both buildings has now been let with two other suites on the first floor under offer.
GJS Dillon’s Asset Management Director, Adam Jones, said: "I’m absolutely delighted to be working with the Bransford Trust and with our own Agency Team on these beautifully renovated historic buildings. Our client has provided accommodation that is not only of high specification but that is full of charm and character."
