GB Home Surveys marks impressive growth with office expansion in Gloucester
Gloucestershire based home surveys specialist, GB Home Surveys, has expanded into a new 1000 SQ FT commercial premises in Maisemore, Gloucester, after accelerating growth by an impressive 300 per cent.
Originally established as Gooch and Burley Chartered Surveyors in April 1992, GB Home Surveys was acquired by experienced Surveyor, James Quinn, in 2016, and is now a leading residential property survey provider.
In taking over the business, James made the decision to both reposition and establish a credible surveying brand. As such, he changed its name to GB Home Surveys, while ensuring it became accessible to customers looking to purchase a new home or investment property.
Having successfully expanded its target area over the last 5 years, GB Home Surveys now services customers throughout the West Midlands, South Wales, The Cotswolds, Oxford, North Somerset, Taunton, and Devon; not forgetting its heartland of Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire.
As a result, James has successfully scaled the business over the last few years, while increasing headcount from 5 to 16 experienced employees.
To mark its growth, the home survey specialist has relocated from its original office above Steve Gooch Estate Agents in Newent and moved to a new 1000 SQ FT office at The Steadings Business Centre in Maisemore.
James said: “Over the last 6 years, the team and I have worked incredibly hard to really establish the GB Home Surveys brand as a home survey provider of choice, particularly across our target regions.
"The growth we have achieved over the last six years or so is just amazing and I am excited to see what the next 6 years bring."
