GB Home Surveys increases market share in the Midlands, after expanding into Birmingham and Coventry

Gloucester-based home survey specialist GB Home Surveys has increased its market share in the Midlands, after expanding into Birmingham and Coventry with the appointment of new, local surveyors.

Originally established as Gooch and Burley Chartered Surveyors in April 1992, GB Home Surveys was acquired by experienced surveyor James Quinn in 2016 and is now a leading residential property survey provider servicing customers throughout the West Midlands, South West and South Wales.

Focused on becoming a national brand synonymous with delivering quality, RICS-accredited home surveys for all residential properties, GB Home Surveys has now cemented its market presence throughout Birmingham and Coventry with the appointment of new local surveyor, Amar Barn AssocRICS.

Local to the Midlands area, Amar will now deliver RICS home surveys and valuations for purchasers across the West Midlands, and prides himself on his expert knowledge of the Birmingham and Coventry property markets.
