Finalists of Thames Valley Property Awards 2023 - final 3 announced

The final three categories for the Thames Valley Property Awards 2023 have now been announced.

These finalists join last month's previously announced finalists.

Property Deal of the Year

  • Disposal of Land West of Windsor (North) from Wates Developments to Crest Nicholson - Leaders Romans Group
  • Elivia Homes acquires backing from Octopus Investments
  • Elivia Homes acquires Kent-based Millwood Designer Homes
  • Sorbon Estates converts building use for Berkshire Grove Hospital at Grove House, Maidenhead

Property Management Business of the Year

  • CBRE
  • MAPP

The Morgan Lovell Workplace of the Future Award

  • Bee House, Milton Park
  • Butlins Offices - Hemel Hempstead
  • Sorbon Estates

The Thames Valley Property Awards will be held at The Pavilion, Ascot Racecourse on September 21st.  

Hosted this year by top comedian Hal Cruttenden, the glittering gala event will recognise the contributions of property agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers to the success of the sector. 

Supported by three independent judges from StantecJansons and Hicks Baker, winners in 17 categories will be revealed on the night by category sponsors Boyes TurnerBP CollinsCoStarGateley LegalHaslams Chartered SurveyorsIBB LawMorgan Lovell, and MAPP
