Southampton property consultant Atisreal has successfully secured a £12.5 million investment acquisition at Solent Business Park in one of the biggest deals in the region this year.
Acting on behalf of Morley Fund Management, one of the largest active asset managers in the UK, Atisreal successfully acquired Leander House at the Fareham-based business park.
Atisreal director David Ferriman said: “We have acted for Morley Fund Management in many capacities for a number of years, but this is the first investment acquisition we have undertaken for them.
“Leander House is a key building in the south’s office market, and securing its acquisition is a huge coup for us. It is also one of the biggest deals in the region this year.”
The 43,700 sq ft former Exxon building is occupied by Northrop Grumman.
