Ankers & Rawlings, advised by regional property expert Vail Williams, has acquired the multi-million pound industrial and office scheme in Ferndown, which is Dorset's largest industrial estate.

The three-acre site, with 74,000 sq ft of business space, is currently home to 12 tenants including the global test and services company Spherea. Part of the site will now be developed for new business units.

Ankers & Rawlings recently secured outline planning consent for 450,000 sq ft of new employment space at the nearby Woolsbridge Industrial Estate.
