Goadsby is marketing a 0.95 acre development site on London Road, Dorchester, on behalf of private vendors.

The site is situated on the eastern side of the town in a prominent position fronting London Road approximately half a kilometre from the town centre. Formerly used as garage, car showroom and oil depot, it has been cleared of all buildings and structures and subjected to a comprehensive decontamination process.  Appropriate uses are commercial, hotel, residential, and care home/assisted living, all subject to planning.

James Edwards, divisional director, said that Goadsby has received interest from a variety of developers and users.
