Deans Court Shopping Centre valued at £1.3m for sale
Deans Court Shopping Centre is up for auction with an Allsop guide price of £1.3 - £1.4 million.
The Bicester shopping centre, which is less than a mile from the internationally-renowned Bicester Village and close to Bicester Village railway station, is located next to the town's market square and has 11 fully-let units.
The shopping centre's more illustrious neighbour, Bicester Village, has more than 160 upmarket boutiques alongside attractive landscaped streets and attract visitors from all over the world.
Deans Court in the town centre is a different offer altogether – with tenants including a bridal boutique, recruitment company, menswear store, Age UK store and pizza restaurant, but Bicester has impressive growth plans with 10,000 new homes planned within 12 years and an increased in population from 32,000 to more than 50,000 by 2031.

Some of these homes will be in the UK’s largest self-build scheme at Graven Hill (you may have followed the progress of some self-build pioneers on Channel 4 earlier this year). Here, up to 1,900 self-build, custom build and affordable homes are being built.
Bicester is also home to the country’s most sustainable housing development at Elmsbrook.
Bicester Heritage, the company based on a 420-acre former WW2 RAF bomber training station, which hosts more than 40 specialist, mainly automotive, businesses with a collective turnover of over £40 million, is currently progressing its master plan for the creation of the UK’s first automotive resort,
Having successfully developed the concept of a centre for excellence for the historic automotive sector, Bicester Heritage (which occupies just five per cent of the site) will now become a component of a larger landmark development named Bicester Motion.
The new resort hopes to offer culture, tourism and leisure (including a 344-room hotel and conference development) and an additional 770,000 sq ft of operational business and leisure accommodation.
Bicester Motion hopes to become a UK top 20 tourist attraction that offers a destination for one million tourists many of whom already visit Bicester on day trips, and more than 30 businesses providing more than 2,000 skilled jobs to the area.
