Cotswold cottage set for £325k Bond Wolfe auction

A cottage a Cotswold cottage is set to go under the hammer for £325,000 at Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

The cottage, which features two receptions rooms and a kitchen on the ground floor along with three bedrooms upstairs is located in a small hamlet bear the village of Southrop and town of Lechdale on Thames.

Jonathan Hackett, consultant director at Bond Wolfe, said: “This property is in need of modernisation throughout, hence the attractive guide price.

“The cottage has extensive gardens to the rear with integral stores, adding to its attraction. We are predicting highly competitive bidding when this property comes up for sale at our next livestreamed auction, on Thursday, 30 March.”

It is among 173 properties set to feature at the auction, which will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website from nine am on Thursday 30 March.
