Collection of four New Forest boutique hotels comes to market
The privately owned New Forest Hotel Collection, which comprises four boutique hotels in the area, has come onto the market and is expected to appeal to a range of potential buyers, says property advisor Christie & Co.
The collection - of a country house hotel, an historic manor, a townhouse and a rural inn - in Beaulieu, Burley, Cadnam and Lyndhurst, has become available after over 40 years in private hands as the owners now want to retire.

Christie & Co said the venues were popular with guests due to the area offering walking, cycling and access to the seaside resorts of Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole.
The hotels have good accessibility to the motorway network and are also hotspots for weddings and events, and corporate business.
"The New Forest Hotel Collection has an established reputation, appealing to both leisure and corporate guests due to its location within the New Forest National Park and close to the regional centres of Southampton and Bournemouth, " said Ed Bellfield, regional director of hotels at Christie & Co.
"There is significant scope for an experienced owner/operator to invest in the hotels with existing planning consents, providing value enhancement alongside benefitting from their exception unique and iconic locations.
"We expect the hotels to appeal to a wide range of buyers including those looking to purchase a single asset as well as those looking to expand their current portfolio.
"We also anticipate high levels of interest from both national and international investors attracted to the UK hotel market. The hotels are available freehold as a group, sub-group or individual assets."
Garry Baldwin, managing director of New Forest Collection, added: "This is a great opportunity for a new owner to take on an excellent operation, with committed roots to our New Forest National Park location, great assets and above all scope to see further success with the current teams’ expertise.
"Properties like these rarely come to market – with our excellent location and exciting developments already in hand for planning consent."
