City Electrical Factors signs new warehouse lease at Coleshill
The UK’s leading electrical wholesale network has sparked further growth by switching to a new hub in the West Midlands.
City Electrical Factors (CEF) has signed a 15-year lease on a 5,644 sq ft warehouse unit at Forge Mills Park, Station Road, Coleshill.
The national electrical component supplier is relocating from a smaller unit at a nearby trade park, said commercial property agency Burley Browne senior associate director Ben Nicholson who acted on behalf of a private landlord in completing the deal.
“CEF is the largest electrical wholesaler in the country and it’s great to see the company commit to a larger unit at Coleshill as it continues to grow.
“The availability of a unit as good as this is very rare in Coleshill as almost all the warehouse, industrial and logistics space is already occupied due to the town’s outstanding location. Forge Mills Park is an excellent location for this kind of business as it has first class transport links, being just a short distance from both the M6 and the M42 motorways.”
The property comprises a modern warehouse building of steel portal frame construction offering two storey offices together with eight car parking spaces. The building is situated within the well-established and sought after Forge Mills Park estate on the outskirts of Coleshill.
