As part of its expansion plans Moore Blatch solicitors, which employs 300 staff and reported over £20 million turnover in the last financial year, will be moving from its two central Southampton offices, one on The Avenue and one on London Road, to the prestigious Gateway House building in Chandler's Ford.

The move, which will take place in May, follows significant growth in business and will create a single operational centre to better serve clients’ needs which increasingly span legal disciplines. The Southampton operation also supports the firm’s offices in Lymington, Richmond and the City of London.

The new offices will also facilitate improved technology and working practices and provide a much better Eco footprint.  In addition Chandler's Ford, being close to the M3, will mean Moore Blatch is better placed to serve clients across a broader geographic area.

David Thompson, managing partner, Moore Blatch solicitors, commented: “Since the economic downturn of 2007/8 Moore Blatch is one of the few law firms in the UK to continue to invest and expand, and this has now seen us outgrow our current offices. By growing our team of legal experts and investing in new technology we have been able to secure new work both locally and nationally and we look forward to continued growth in 2017 and beyond.”
