Brighton City Airport to get new multi-unit industrial scheme
A new multi-unit industrial scheme at Brighton City Airport, planned by real estate developer Panattoni, has now found a construction firm to carry out the development.
Building firm Glencar has been appointed to undertake the task of building the development.
Panattoni Park Brighton, the name of the site, will be comprised of five new build industrial and logistics units ranging from 19,000 to 53,700 sq ft.
The project is situated adjacent to Brighton City Airport and includes works to the public highway. It is also targeted to be a BREEAM excellent development.

Work on the site began in June 2023 and is expected to be completed by May 2024.
