Middle East investor Harp Investments has brought to market Atrium Court, a 100,000 sq ft-plus offices redevelopment opportunity in the centre of Bracknell.

Savills has been mandated to sell the former home of Oracle and Regus at One the Ring in Bracknell, which sits adjacent to the Lexicon shopping centre.

The 102,647 sq ft building is arranged over ground and six upper floors on an 1.60-acre site and includes a three-storey subterranean car park.

The building was prelet to Oracle in the 1990s and later occupiers by serviced offices group Regus but is now being sold with vacant possession seeking offers of £12.5 million, or a capital value of £105 per sq ft.
