Having achieved sustained growth over the past five years, Dorset law firm Steele Raymond required expansion space. Goadsby helped Steele Raymond by letting the 3^rd Floor, The Granville Chambers, close to Steele Raymond’s Richmond Point headquarters.

The iconic town-centre office accommodation has recently undergone a full refurbishment to include new suspended ceilings with 'daylight' LED lighting, and a reception and communal break-out area. The third floor extends to approximately 3,125 sq ft.
