Goadsby, on behalf of Ward Edward, has let the 3rd Floor, The Granville Chambers, 21 Richmond Hill, Bournemouth to Steele Raymond LLP.

Having achieved sustained growth over the past five years, Dorset law firm Steele Raymond required expansion space. Goadsby helped Steele Raymond by letting the 3rd Floor, The Granville Chambers, close to Steele Raymond’s Richmond Point headquarters.

The iconic town-centre office accommodation has recently undergone a full refurbishment to include new suspended ceilings with 'daylight' LED lighting, and a reception and communal break-out area. The third floor extends to approximately 3,125 sq ft.

Bryony Solan, Goadsby’s business space specialist, commented “Steele Raymond were particularly impressed with the modern shared space, which includes a large kitchen, plus separate seating, games, and function areas to support both staff recreation and informal events.”

Tim Stone, chairman at Steele Raymond, said: “The substantial growth and success we have achieved over the last five years, coupled with our current recruitment and growth plans, has driven our need to take additional space for our legal teams.”

Stone added: “Having assisted the landlord Ward Edward with the purchase of Granville Chambers, we witnessed the impressive quality of the refurbishment. That, coupled with its proximity to our Bournemouth headquarters, made the decision an easy one.”

Further floors are available to let at The Granville Chambers, through the sole agents Goadsby, with individual suites ranging from 1,710 sq ft to 3,149 sq ft. The premises benefit from being managed by Goadsby, which boasts one of the South Coast’s largest dedicated commercial property management teams.
