Bournemouth: Goadsby marketing industrial sites at airport

Goadsby, on behalf of MAG Property, is set to market two large industrial buildings at Aviation Business Park, Bournemouth Airport. 

Building 104 is 31,821 sq ft and has an 8.75m internal eaves height and a 10.5m ridge height. Building 101 is a 27,643 sq ft high bay building plus a 2,564 sq ft lower height annex, totalling 30,207 sq ft.

Chris Wilson, director of Goadsby, commented: “These hangars are normally very popular, particularly with warehousing companies.”
