Bournemouth: Goadsby completes sale of Boscombe retail units

Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial has completed the sale of 95-97 Palmerstone Road, Boscombe in Bournemouth to real estate services company Culverdene Properties.

The premises comprise two ground-floor retail units with two residential units above, providing good development potential.
