Goadsby, on behalf of Ward Edward, has let the ground floor at Dean Park House, Dean Park Crescent, Bournemouth on a new six-year lease to E42-Solutions.  The modern accommodation extends to 2,561 sq ft and offers a town-centre location and nine parking spaces.

Bryony Solan, business space, commented: “We were pleased to assist E42-Solutions in their expansion within Bournemouth town centre and they were particularly attracted to the modern accommodation on offer in Dean Park House with the benefit of excellent car-parking provisions.”

Dean Park House is now fully let and is managed by Goadsby’s property management department.
