Bath Office Co. targets regional expansion with the launch of Bristol Office Co.
Serviced office company Bath Office Co, which was founded in 2020 to create flexible workspace environments in the city, has expanded west with the launch of Bristol Office Co.
With a workforce continuing to emerge from its home-working hibernation and customers requiring reassuring flexibility in a business environment, the demand for serviced offices is higher than ever, says the company.
Jamie Williams, managing director of Bristol Office Co., said “Similar to our proposition in Bath, our strategy at Bristol Office Co. is simple – we want to provide an alternative to traditional commercial office leases.

"Our licences allow businesses to grow and thrive in environments that are ready-for-purpose from day one, giving the confidence to focus on their core business, without the faff of fluctuating utilities costs, building maintenance, or painful dilapidations bills.
"Now, more than ever, companies large and small want value for money which means a fixed monthly invoice with minimal upfront capital costs.” “Customers want the flexibility of shorter-term commitments instead of draconian long-term leases and an ability to introduce hybrid-working dynamics whilst also being able to stay as long as they require.
"Our commitment is to deliver exceptional bespoke office space and service, ensuring our customers have everything they need to flourish”. Spanning more than 6,000 sq.ft of prime commercial real estate on St Augustine’s Parade, Bristol Office Co. launches with three floors of Grade II listed office space.

Each let provides space for up to up to 40 staff, and the ability to accommodate a growing number of workstations with private employee breakout areas, meetings rooms, kitchens, W/Cs, and showers. Occupiers will also benefit from the support of a friendly, responsive, and adaptable on-site team who take care of the running the building. The location comes ready with super-fast internet, cleaning, storage, and options for other virtual services.
Jamie adds, "Our property on St. Augustine’s Parade is ready for occupation in July 2023, and this new location puts us in the heart of the city centre and the professional community, where we believe we have a strong role to play in helping organisations to scale effectively”.
The building sits between the Hippodrome Theatre and live entertainment venue – the soon to be re-launched, Bristol Beacon. Surrounded by bus, bike and scooter routes, it sits within arms' reach of the bars, cafes, restaurants and gyms of the Harbourside, St Nick's markets, Park Street, Cabot Circus and The Christmas Steps.
