Basingstoke: HBS Group Southern wins Taylor Wimpey contract for Bramley View

HBS Group Southern has been awarded a contract to provide a complete mechanical and electrical installation package for 65 new homes from national housebuilder Taylor Wimpey (West London) at Bramley View, a new development in the north of Basingstoke.

Located in the village of Bramley, the single-phase scheme will offer a stunning collection of modern and energy efficient 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes. Of these homes, 40% are for affordable housing, with the remaining properties available for private sale.

This latest contract win builds on HBS Group’s reputation as a preferred mechanical and electrical delivery partner for Taylor Wimpey, having demonstrated a strong performance and consistent high standard supporting its housebuilding activities across multiple regions.

HBS Mechanical and Electrical will be supplying a combined plumbing, heating and electrical installation service for all 65 units at Bramley View. Led by dedicated contracts managers, the specialist on-site teams will manage all aspects of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the gas, heating, water and electrical system requirements.
