Weybridge’s Meadows Ryan appoints senior corporate solicitor
Weybridge law firm Meadows Ryan has appointed Alex Young as Consultant Solicitor.
A specialist in corporate and commercial matters, Alex brings more than 20 years’ experience to the firm. His career up to now has involved acting on business sales and purchases, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and various banking matters.
Alex’s past experience includes work with an automotive accessories business, a Middle Eastern bank, and a franchise which he assisted in their acquisition and disposal of supermarkets throughout the UK.
Speaking on his appointment, Alex said: “I am delighted to be joining Meadows Ryan, a firm with a strong reputation in Surrey for valued advice and innovation. I look forward to working with the partners to expand on the firm’s existing corporate services.”
