Thames Valley-based corporate finance specialist, HMT LLP has advised on the recent acquisition of fire systems and electrical contractor Power Plus by Gillingham-based Senseco Systems.

HMT provided financial due diligence to the buyer, which is a specialist in Carbon Neutral Life Safety Systems and will use the acquisition to continue the growth of its national coverage and tap into Power Plus’ success in the North.

The HMT team advising on the transaction consisted of Partner Paul Read and Director Corin Briault-Hutter.
