Reading’s Boyes Turner announces senior hire

Reading-based law firm Boyes Turner has appointed Phillip Baldwin as its new dispute resolution partner.
Phillip trained and qualified at a large regional firm in Hampshire before working for two years in the British Virgin Islands undertaking offshore dispute resolution/litigation. He also has experience of property and insolvency related matters having previously been recognised as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in The Legal 500.
At Boyes Turner Phillip will focus on commercial contract claims covering the supply of goods and services, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and asset finance litigation. He will also help clients avoid or contain certain disputes.
