Reading-based ActiveOps plc, which provides Management Process Automation (MPA) software for hybrid and global back-office operations, has announced that Ken Smith will take over as CFO at the start of May.

Current CFO Paddy Deller will step down from the board but remain with the company during the May handover period to ensure a smooth transition.

“On behalf of the Board and the wider Company, I would like to thank Paddy for his commitment to the Group. He was instrumental in implementing stable finance systems and the work that led to our successful IPO. We wish him well for the next stage of his career.”
