Reading’s Blandy & Blandy Advises Badger Software Limited on its acquisition by Altia
Law firm Blandy & Blandy, headquartered in Reading, advised Reading-based software supplier Badger Software Limited on its acquisition by international intelligence and investigation software company Altia.
The Blandy team advising on the deal was comprised of Emma Ford and David Few, both of whom are part of Blandy’s corporate and commercial team.
Founder and MD of Badger Software Rob Brigham said: “We already knew some of the people at Blandy & Blandy, from an office lease which they very successfully negotiated and concluded 18 months ago. When it came to a sale of the business, it was even more important to us that we had a team which we felt comfortable working with, and who would help us through what we expected could be a complex and potentially stressful process, and something which none of us had any experience with before.
