Poole law firm celebrates back-to-back win at Landlord Investment Show awards
Poole-based Woodstock Legal Services is celebrating a back-to-back victory as it won 'Best Landlord Legal Services Provider' at the 2023 National Landlord Investment Show (LIS) awards for the second year in a row.
Established in 2013, the Canford Cliffs-based law firm has played a pivotal role in shaping landlord and tenant law in the UK.

Highlighted this year at the London awards was Woodstock's excellence in providing legal advice on property investment, tenancy agreements, dispute resolution, and eviction procedures, especially critical amidst significant reforms in UK landlord and tenant law, including the Renters (Reform) bill and the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
Concerning the latter, the team adapted over 300 contracts within a tight six-month deadline, preventing substantial financial penalties for a major landlord client and setting a precedent for the expected similar reforms in England.
"Securing this accolade from the National LIS Awards for the second year in a row is not just an honour; it reflects our team’s expertise in landlord law and our commitment to our clients," said Carly Jermyn, CEO of Woodstock Legal Services.
"With a growing team of dedicated professionals, we’re excited to continue leading the way in legal innovation for the landlord and tenant sector."
Anna Hughes, director and head of the landlord and tenant team, added: "I am immensely proud of our team's dedication to our landlord clients. Their hard work, legal expertise, and genuine care for each case not only win awards but also forge lasting relationships and make a real difference in people's lives."
