Osborne Clarke in Bristol advises Dalata Hotel Group on £53.4 million purchase of London hotel
Lawyers at Osborne Clarke in Bristol have advised Dalata Hotel Group plc on its £53.4 million purchase of the Apex Hotel London Wall from Apex Hotels.
The four-star hotel in the City of London will now be rebranded to Clayton Hotel London Wall.

Bristol-based tax partner Tracey Wright (pictured) was part of the Osborne Clarke team which advised on the deal, which was led by real estate partner Nick Simpson.
The team also included real estate senior associate Emma Hannah, corporate real estate partner Alison Riddle, tax associate director Alex Makinson, employment partner Danielle Kingdon and senior associate Carla O’Neill.

This latest acquisition will bring the total number of Dalata bedrooms in London to 877, once Maldron Hotel Finsbury Park opens this month and Maldron Hotel Shoreditch opens next year. Osborne Clarke also advised Dalata on these sites.
