New partner at Knight Frank in Birmingham
Property consultancy Knight Frank in Birmingham has appointed Emma Taylor as partner to head its Property Asset Management (PAM) team in the Midlands.
She joins from Workman in Birmingham, where she was head of property management. She previously worked in similar senior management roles at Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ for 15 years.
Emma said: “This is a great opportunity to help grow the Knight Frank PAM team and the timing is perfect with some great properties already in the portfolio and more high-calibre instructions to be announced soon.
“Knight Frank is a successful and highly respected multi-discipline firm and I am looking forward to contributing to its continued expansion.”
Knight Frank’s Property Asset Management division provides a range of management services for landlords, including managing rents and arrears, service charges, facilities management and tenant liaison. It employs 280 staff located across the UK, managing around 70 million sq ft of property.
Ashley Hudson, head of the Birmingham office of Knight Frank, said: “We are delighted to have Emma on board. Her arrival strengthens our team, and her expertise and experience will enable us to pursue other new PAM opportunities across the region.
“Throughout a challenging but successful 2020 we were able to continue to recruit in key positions and Emma’s arrival is the next step in our plan to grow Knight Frank in the Midlands.”
