Moorcrofts bolsters Thames Valley team
Marlow-based corporate and technology law firm Moorcrofts has made a series of key promotions and appointments at its Thames Valley office.
Corporate Lawyer Kate Prentis, who works with some of the firm’s biggest clients, has been made Partner, while from the same team Adam Forder steps up to Senior Associate.
Kate and Adam offer a combined 30 years of industry experience to the firm, specialising in corporate sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations. They regularly assist and advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.

The corporate team has also seen the appointments of Nadiya Sheikh and Ash Sangha, who will be joined by Rebekah Sutcliffe later this month. Sharan Uppal joins the commercial property team, and the technology team has gained Finnian Robinson.
