Legal firm Wannops enlarges Hampshire footprint with Brutton & Co and Saulet Townsend merger
West Sussex law firm Wannops is to expand its presence in Hampshire through merging with two of the region's long-standing firms.
Fareham-based Brutton & Co and Portsmouth's Saulet Townsend will become part of the Chichester company when the deal is completed by the end of September.
The merger will increase wannops' headcount to over 100 and take their total number of offices to seven.

Brutton & Co's origins can be traced back to 1785 and specialises in Company, Commercial & Development Property, Residential Conveyancing, Private Client and Charity matters.
Saulet Townsend specialise in Company, Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, Private Client and Litigation matters.
