Freeths builds Bristol Corporate Finance team with new appointment
National law firm Freeths has hired Edward Chapman as Managing Associate of its Corporate Finance team in the South West.
Joining the firm from Ince, Ed brings more than 12 years of legal experience centred around the South West region, although he has also worked in the US and Cyprus. He advises clients on private M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring, alongside day-to-day business affairs and corporate governance.
Ed will be working alongside corporate lawyers Emily Settle, Ben Moylan, Lottie Hugo, Charlotte Hartwright, and Fatima Hammad, acting for high profile clients in the private client, real estate, energy, and environment market. This team forms part of Freeths’ wider Bristol office, which advises international groups, SMEs, founders, and financial sponsors.
