FigFlex opens in Southampton’s Nelson Gate
Serviced office provider, Figflex Offices has unveiled its latest offering in the recently refurbished Frobisher House in Southampton’s Nelson Gate development.
Earlier this month, The Business Magazine reported on the £3 million refurbishment of Frobisher House by the building’s owners, FI Real Estate Management, where the developer is offering units ranging from 5,000 to 40,918 square feet.
Figflex Southampton, the company’s seventh location nationwide, will provide more than 3,500 square feet of flexible and collaborative workspace at the office block, including serviced offices, co-working areas, break-out spaces, virtual offices and meeting rooms.
The firm hopes to appeal specifically to the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of the city and, with this in mind, is offering additional business support for its members through a dedicated centre manager. Optional services will include advice from an in-house specialist with free business development sessions and grant guidance.
