Award-winning entrepreneur and leading business growth coach Karen Dunne-Squire has launched Proficient-ly, a new venture to empower companies to unleash their full potential.

Built on a foundation of sales innovation and business transformation, Proficient-ly applies the Growth Framework sales innovation model that propels business growth.

The company collaborates with SMEs to deliver tangible results. It helps business owners uncover growth opportunities and applies proven change management practices to make the change real in the business.

“We are excited to launch Proficient-ly as we know we can offer a sustainable growth model to many SMEs,” said Karen.

“Our years working in large-scale corporates have given us the grounding to create The Growth Framework model and deliver this to over 400 SMEs with universal success.

“For small businesses that want to understand how to bring the customer and employee journey together to bring real profit, this model is transformational.”

According to Karen, a carefully designed customer journey forms the foundation of a thriving business by attracting, converting, and retaining customers for longer using less effort.

Likewise, a well-defined employee journey enables companies to attract, retain, and harness the necessary talent to move their business forward.

Getting companies to adopt best practices around the twin pillars of people and processes brings immediate improvements to their customer and employee journeys and increases profits.
