BPE acts for nationwide valeting company in £2.2million share purchase

BPE Solicitors’ Corporate Team has advised Autoclenz Holdings Limited on its recent share purchase of New Image Holdings Limited for £2.2million.

Autoclenz, the nationwide vehicle valeting company has been offering a wide range of services and innovating in the automotive sector for the last 50 years. Over the decades the company has expanded its portfolio, developing into an ever-growing business. This latest purchase forms part of its ongoing expansion and national reach.

The deal was led by Corporate’s Senior Associate, Adam Kean, however it was a truly cross-team effort. Support was provided from Corporate’s Angharad Doyle and Philippa Kean, IT and Tech’s Dianne Devlin, Employment’s Chris Aldridge and Commercial Property’s Kate Gibbons and Thomas Christie.

Commenting on the deal, Adam said: “We are delighted to have supported our longstanding client on this transaction and that our expertise ensured a smooth and timely outcome. It’s an exciting addition to the business and helps strengthen their nationwide offering.”
