B P Collins advises MOBILITAS on acquisition of Santa Fe Holdings
Thames Valley law firm B P Collins has advised on an international deal as global removal and relocation services business MOBILITAS SA acquires Santa Fe Holdings Ltd.
B P Collins acted on behalf of MOBILITAS, with the team led by partner David Smellie and supported by corporate solicitors Alexander (Sasha) Martiyanov and Stella Seimeni, as well as corporate trainee Josh Dickinson.
They were assisted by the employment and commercial property teams led by Jo Davis and Alison Taylor respectively and supported by property senior associate Simone Ganley.
Santa Fe Holdings is the parent company of both Sanelo and Santa Fe Relocation, the latter of which is a global mobility company made up of 1,300 people across 64 offices and in 38 countries.
It covers the entire relocation journey – assignment management, compensation and expenses, corporate immigration, destination services and moving services.
