Azets’ Poole office celebrates year of strong growth

The Poole office of accountancy firm Azets is celebrating a year of strong growth as it reaches its first year as part of the company.

Azets acquired independent business Inspire in March of last year, and the firm has now announced between 12 and 15 per cent annual growth, fuelled by an increase of staff to 40 and with plans to possibly double the size of the office going forward.

Led by Office Managing Partner Warren Munson with support from Partners Andrew Singleton and Chris Downing, the office appointed three new Associate Directors and two new Managers last month to meet growing demand.

Warren said: “The fact that we are now posting annual growth figures of between 12 per cent and 15 per cent year on year, outpacing inflation, vindicates our decision to become part of the Azets family.

“It has been a smooth integration across 12 months. The message from Azets at the very start was ‘business as usual’ and that is what it has continued to be. We now have the confidence to step forward and take on new work.

“Azets has given us the freedom to develop, to invest in our people. We have seen it with the team – we have had recent multiple promotions and six new hires in 12 months  – and colleagues can now see a more accessible path to personal growth.”

“We have a good pipeline of talent and the risk for us previously was that we would lose these great people if we did not give them growth opportunity – we had to break through that independent firm ceiling to do this.

“There is opportunity to potentially double this office in size from where it is today. We now have the expertise and resource to enable us to grow. It’s a case of taking the strong foundations and making the most of them in the years ahead.”
