Hampshire telecoms specialist Arqiva appoint Chief People Officer
Arqiva has appointed Sarah Jane Crabtree as their Chief People Officer.
The HR specialist began her career as a consultant at the Cabinet Office and 10 Downing Street before spending 17 years at the BT Group.
At the telecommunication firm she was worked on launching BT Sport and the company's acquisition of UK arm of EPSN.
Based in Winchester Arqiva added Mrs Crabtree to their executive committee upon her hiring. Mrs Crabtree will report to the firm's Chief Executive Officer, Shuja Khan. The communications and media services company replaces Viv Leinster who, after two years in post becomes the firm's Chief Simplification Officer.
Arquiva state Mrs. Crabtree will lead on their people and culture agenda within its Vision 2031 strategic focus.
