Recruiter Hays moving office to Fitwell certified 'One Dorset Street' in Southampton
Recruitment giant Hays is moving its office in Southampton to One Dorset Street - the first Fitwel certified building in Hampshire.
RO Group, which has signed a new ten- year lease with Hays, on the modern office, said the latter had chosen the refurbished property as its 'preferred long term re-location option' as it best served the company's needs and conformed with its ESG policies.
It features a number of carbon reduction measures, including electric vehicle (EV) charging points, a new VRF air conditioning system, regular reviews of on-site energy use through the CUBE competition and a 2-star Fitwel rating.
The Fitwel scheme is the world's leading certification system that optimises buildings to support health and wellbeing.
