The acquisition of Arculus Cyber Security will increase Bridewell’s headcount by 15 per cent and triple its public sector revenue, while retaining Arculus’ employees. Arculus founders Cath Downie, Paul Ellis and Austin France will all stay with the business.
The deal also strengthens Bridewell’s public sector footprint – aligning with the organisation’s overarching strategic Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) focus – as well as add more accreditations to its growing roster.
