Wokingham's Inuvi expands through Express Diagnostics acquisition
Wokingham health company Inuvi has purchased health diagnostic services company Express Diagnostics.
Finances for the deal are as of yet undisclosed.
Express Diagnostics, founded in 1994, specialises in providing cardio-respiratory diagnostic services as well as audiology and health screening services. The company provides patient-focused diagnostics to the NHS, the independent healthcare sector, and the clinical trials industry.
PKF Francis Clark supported Inuvi on the acquisition, with Sam Phillips and Tom Slade carrying out financial due diligence, and tax due diligence provided by Nicola Manclark and Callum West.

Wokingham-based Inuvi delivers over 100,000 health assessments and phlebotomy visits every year through its national network of mobile health practitioners and completes millions of blood tests at its laboratory.
