Westcott Incubator & Accelerator to launch 10 November

A new Incubator & Accelerator programme will soon be on offer at Buckinghamshire’s Westcott Venture Park.

The new initiative, run by Satellite Applications Catapult with support from partners Bucks Business First and the Buckinghamshire Local Enterprise Partnership, will kick-off at a launch event on 10 November.

It will see Westcott-based Catapult’s facilities and expert teams offered to SMEs, enabling them to explore, build and test their innovative ideas.

Attendees at the launch event will be informed about the opportunities unlocked through the programme, such as support on business and technical matters, access to test facilities and equipment, and voucher scheme packages.

A number of Catapult representatives will be on-hand to an answer questions from attendees and discuss their sector and what Westcott can offer. This includes experts in the fields of Satellite Connectivity for Healthcare and Agriculture, Space Propulsion and Manufacturing, Intelligent Transport, plus Future Networks and Systems including Drones.

On top of this, businesses are invited to stop by a drop-in application desk, where they can discuss their next phases of growth and actually apply for the programme.
