KPMG has announced four senior promotions in the firm’s Reading office. Katherine Markova, Bhupinder Purewal, Jonathan Russell and Rob Fitzpatrick have been promoted to director.
Markova and Purewal work in KPMG’s tax team, where Markova advises UK and overseas multinational companies on UK domestic and overseas tax issues. Purewal has substantial M&A experience, delivering tax due diligence and advice to a array of clients including private-equity-backed operations and multinational businesses.
KPMG has also promoted senior managers Russell and Fitzpatrick to the post of director. Russell works in KPMG’s audit team, advising a wide range of multinational and local clients including businesses in the food and drink, retail and consumer goods sectors. Fitzpatrick, who joined KPMG in 2000 and works in the firm’s audit practice, has experience ranging from advising small, growing businesses through to FTSE350-listed groups.
