Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has strengthened its senior employer solutions team in the south with the promotion of Deborah Parks-Green to director.
Parks-Green, who began her career working for HMRC, joined RSM in 2005. She possesses a wealth of experience advising a wide range of businesses on employer tax compliance, tax efficient remuneration and exit planning. She also works with RSM’s legal services team to support businesses with national minimum wage reviews.
Parks-Green, who is based at the firm's Basingstoke office, is one of nearly 30 specialists in the southern employer solutions team. The team offers holistic support to employers covering issues such as Pay As You Earn (PAYE), National Insurance Contributions (NICs), employment status, termination payments, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), international mobility of employees, together with a variety of reward planning and employee share schemes.
