Reading: Osborne Clarke announces new partner

Reading-based Anna Williams is among eight UK lawyers being promoted to partner at international legal practice Osborne Clarke, bringing the total number of partners internationally to more than 260.  

Williams is an advertising, marketing and sponsorship specialist in the digital business sector team and is based at the firm’s offices in Forbury Place. 

 

The other new partners are based at Osborne Clarke’s Bristol and London offices. They are: 

  • Alexandra Gower, a real estate and infrastructure sector expert specialising in construction and engineering
  • Charles Crowne, who specialises in commercial disputes across the financial services and digital business sectors
  • Sarah Knight, a real estate and energy and utilities M&A and joint venture expert
  • Alison Riddle, a specialist in structuring funds and joint ventures with a particular focus on the real estate sector
  • Anastasia Gorokhova, a real estate sector expert who specialises in regeneration, development and build to rent
  • Dave Kerr, a real estate expert specialising in residential development, investment and energy projects
  • Tom Try, a corporate fintech specialist
