HTC was advised by Adam Dowdney, Michelle Waligora (solicitor), Azra Yousuf (trainee solicitor), Jeenna Atwal (trainee solicitor), Laura Jarrold (paralegal) of the corporate commercial team, Richard Devall (partner) of the employment team and Felicity Barratt (solicitor) of the real-estate team.

MCI Health Investments was advised by TLT LLP, and the financial due diligence was carried out by Grant Thornton UK LLP.

Commenting on the deal, Adam Dowdney said: “We are thrilled to have been able to assist the shareholders of HTC with this sale. All parties worked hard to complete this transaction which had some deal specific complexities. We ensured throughout that our clients received the best possible commercial advice. It was a pleasure working with the HTC team and to see the deal through to completion. We wish Berenice, John, Ruth and Sadettin every success for the future.”

Peter Groves commented about the sale and IBB: “At HTC we were quick to realise that we needed support as we moved through the sale process.  IBB were very thorough with exceptional attention to detail.   The team worked very diligently on our behalf and walked us through the process making it as straightforward for us as possible.

"The team seemed to very quickly understand our company style and the way we prefer to work which may the whole process very comfortable.

"We are very pleased that the sale completed smoothly enabling us to maintain our focus on current business. We believe with MCIs support we can enjoy continued growth by investing in this fast-developing sector.”
