Reading: Boyes Turner strengthens property team with partner appointment
Adrian Griffiths has joined Boyes Turner as partner in the development, housebuilding and property litigation team, where he will head up the firm’s property litigation practice. The team is now 16-strong – including five partners. Griffiths joins from Gordon Dadds, where he was also a partner.
Andrew Chalkley, CEO at Boyes Turner, said: “Adrian adds further strength to our thriving development, housebuilding and property litigation team. His arrival comes off the back of the team scooping this year’s Property Law Firm of the Year in The Thames Valley Property Awards 2018, and is yet more evidence of how our service to property sector clients is thriving.
“Heading up our property litigation team, Adrian is consistently focused on delivering long-term realistic commercial solutions to commercial and institutional landlords and developers across all sectors of the property industry, as well as solving their short-term litigation needs. Across the Thames Valley and beyond, the team Adrian joins is adding real value to developers, housebuilders and commercial landlords working to deliver the region’s long-term residential and commercial property needs.”
Griffiths said: “There is a pressing need for more housing across the UK, with particular pressure on space in the South East. This is a time of both great opportunity and challenge for housebuilders and commercial developers in the region, and I look forward to supporting the industry from my new home at Boyes Turner.”
